How to Change Virtuemart Footer logo and link

You can change  virtue mart footer logo and link  two ways:
1) You have to login into  admin  panel then->
Admin -->Virtuemart --> config --> Site --> Show footer

Here you have to select yes or no for showing or not showing footer.
2)For changing link of footer you have to go to the file->

  administrator/components/com_virtuemart/html/footer.php

Here you have to change the url .
